In the residual free area of ​​the old “ex Magli” plant we built and managed a new energy-self-sufficient factory, built with products that guarantee efficiency and reduced consumption with NZEb (Nearly Zero Energy building) principles – First draft of the project and architectural concept care of No Gap Progetti srl Bologna.

The new headquarters of Five is a complex of 5 buildings for a total of approximately 7,400 m² that does not require other energy sources other than the one that self-produces.
